A.     Motivation: Current state of temperature change range is becoming extreme in various regions, and these states are expected to have serious impacts in our society in the near future. Moreover, by looking at the observations in recent years, heat waves and extreme weather events have become more intense and frequent.

B.   Goal: Investigate and study about how temperature extremes range changed from the past to present, and expect the future problem according to this phenomenon.
